Legal Support Task¶
Conditions¶
- Given a mission to deploy a IR Team in support of Guardnet, State IT systems, or other organization as directedby the Governor
- Response effort if localized and a Type I / II Federal Disaster Response has not been declared
Standards¶
- Verify personnel status: State Active Duty (SAD) or T32
- Coordinate with JAG / Cyber Legal personnel regarding necessary MOUs and NDAs to support a Mission Partner (MP) off Guardnet/DODIN
- Coordinate with JAG / Cyber Legal personnel to review the Rules for Use (RUC) of Cyber and any changes needed
- After arriving on mission,continue to coordinate with JAG / Cyber Legal personnel on any changes inpersonnel status or requests from the Mission Partner
- Coordinate with JAG / Cyber Legal personnel immediately should a Soldier become involved in actual orperceived illegal activities
End State¶
Cyber mission operations continue uninterrupted by legal concerns.
